What this website collects when you fill in a form, what we do with it, and how to ask for a copy or have it deleted.

What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the suburb the job is in, how soon you need the work done, a rough budget range, and whatever you tell us about the job. You are never obliged to send us any of it — you can call us on 0480 844 511 instead.
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical and usage information through cookies, including which advertisement or search result brought you here.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry and to quote and carry out the work. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside our business, except where we are required to by law.
Where it is held
We use third-party services to run this website and manage our enquiries, and some of them store information overseas, including in the United States.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using this site or sending us an enquiry.
Getting a copy, correcting it, or having it deleted
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 0480 844 511 and tell us what you need. There is no charge.
If you are not happy with how we have handled a privacy question, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
